  3. If using meat, add now. Return to a boil. Cook 5 minutes.
  4. Add cream of wheat. This can be adjusted, more for thicker soup.
  5. Add butter, Boil for 3 minutes

Add the onion and cook for a few minutes, or until it starts to turn brown. Add the carrots and celery and cook an additional couple of minutes. This cauliflower soup is the perfect accompaniment to salads and sandwiches.
