  1. Wash your meats and put in a pot, add in your onion, knor, thyme and curry, water and cook for 20mins.
  2. Heat up your pot, add in your oil to it heat up for few mins. Put in your onion, okro and stir so it doesn't stick to the pot and cook for 5mins.
  3. Add in your pepper, crayfish salt and your meat stock and stir it together to cook for 5mins.
  4. Cut your cowleg meat into pieces and add it to your soup, add in your beef too.
  5. Add in your salt and knor and leaf, then stir it together and cook for 5mins and it's ready.
  6. Put water in a pot to boil, add in your plantain flour and stir it very well to avoid lumps then cook it for 10 mins and your amala is ready. Enjoy
