- Now grease your palm, take a portion of the mixture. Shape and roll it on a bamboo skewer (as shown in pic). Make all and keep it in a plate
- Now heat the pan add 1 tbsp oil and put the corn.
- Turn slowly and gently all around and make it crispy and golden brown.
- Corn kababs are ready. Enjoy them with chutneys.
