- First chop the onion, cabbage and potato in a medium size.and soak potato's in salted water.
- Cut the cheese in a strip shape.
- In a bowl break eggs and add red chilli, black pepper, salt
- Beat well and make sure that the whole mixture full mix.
- In an another pot fry onion potato and cabbage for 5-8 min till potato become soft
- Now add fried onion, potato, cabbage
- Pre heat the pan in a medium flame. pour egg mixture and spread it.
- Now keep cheese strips on top of egg and covered by turning egg sides.
- When egg become cook in one side turns and cook other side till it become light brown in color
