  2. Cut sausage into 1/4th inch slices. Add sausage & onions in pan with potatoes & cook for about 5-7 mins. stir occasionally
  3. Add 5 eggs. Scramble all ingredients & seasoning together, except cheese.
  4. Take 3-4 tortillas stack on microwavable plate with a wet paper towel placed between each tortilla & on top…Microwave for 20-40 secs depending on microwave.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on burrito first, then add 3-4 large scoops of scrambled filling….Wrap burrito. Add sour cream on top or on side for dipping. Enjoy!
