- Melt butter into a large wok and add onions. Sautee for 10mins.
- Crush chicken stock into 1 cup of water. Combine corn flour with 1 cup of water too. Add the chicken stock, corn flour mixture and milk to the buttered onions.
- Add the cooked macaroni and broccoli into the wok. Dump the cheese into the wok and mix the cheese well as it melts.
- Add in the parsley and mix again. Serve hot!
