  1. Pressure cooker corn cob with some water and 1 teaspoon of salt. After one whistle, cook on low flame for 5 minutes. When cool cut in roundles.
  2. Wash and Peel raw mango, beetroot, onion, garlic, ginger & cut into small pieces. In a pressure cooker take these veggies, sugar, salt and 2/3rd cup water. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame after first whistle.
  3. When pressure released and mixture become cool, grind in mixi bowl with mint leaves.
  4. We need thick mixture so that it can coat corncob roundles. So if dressing mixture is thin cook for some time to make it thick.
