  1. Using small pan, still all seasonings together making the sugar has melted into sticky, thick sauce. Let it cool before adding to the mince pork
  2. Put all the seasoning into the mince pork. Mix it until combine and let it marinate overnight in the fridge.
  3. Preheat the oven 100 C. Prepare a baking sheet large enough to fit into the oven.
  4. Take about 500 g of mince pork each time and place in the middle of the baking sheet. Cover with a large sheet of plastic or plastic wrap before using the rolling pin to flatten the minced pork into a large thin layer.
