- Now add biryani masala with salt and mix it.
- Add all veggies and toss well in masala.
- Now add rice which we washed and soaked and drained it.
- Mix well. Pour the water in rice and add sugar for taste.
- Taste and adjust for seasoning
- Boil it in simmer and pressure cook in 4 to 5 whistles.
- Turn off the heat and cold it when it cold then open the pressure cooker lid.
- And serve it.
