- Remove casings from sausages and sauté in a large stockpot until browned……break into smaller pieces as they cook…..
- Add into sausages your chopped onion, green pepper and minced garlic,sauté for several more minutes……
- Now add your black pepper, nutmeg, beef broth, 100% pumpkin and cream cheese, heat to boiling, stirring occasionally…..
- Next add in your kale, breaking into smaller pieces, heat thoroughly…… Cook until kale has softened…….
- Add in your heavy cream, heat thoroughly and stir well……
