- Take the leftover chapatis and roll them. And cut into thin strips.
- In a pan heat 3 tbsp of oil. Add chopped onion. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Add grated ginger. Saute for few second.
- Now add the sliced carrot. Cook for one minute. Add sliced capsicum. Cook on high flame. Add salt pepper powder soya sauce vinegar and tomato sauce. Stir.
- Add chapati noodles. Mix well. Cook for one minute and serve.
