Steps to make Sausage Noodles:
- Mix all the ingredients for sauce and keep aside
- In a pan add oil and saute ginger garlic and green chillies. To this add onion and all the veggies(I used only carrots and beans)and saute till it's raw smell goes.add cooked and chopped sausages and saute well.
- Mean while cook noodles with little oil and salt in water.strain and keep aside.make sure to add some oil after strained so that the noodles doesn't stick to each other.
- To the sauted veggies add masala powder (if using maggi)add cooked noodles and mix well.
- Now add the prepared sauce mixture and mix well. Add in pepper powder and salt as required.(remember sauce hav enough salt in it so put accordingly).(I added sausage at this stage but you can add along with the veggies.)
- Garnish with spring onions or coriander leaves.
